I wish to thank you for the final set of documents on the Springhill Office Complex project. The project has been submitted for permitting and should be underway soon. I am very excited to see this project finally coming together after these last 14 months of planning.
As you probably know, a project of this size and complexity takes an enormous amount of planning and coordination across many different disciplines and areas of expertise. All are important, but it seems that for this project, the architectural aspect was the most critical. This project could not have come this far without your firm’s assistance.
Every step of the way, you and your firm were instrumental in the successful completion of this project. From the conceptual design, to site planning, and finally the construction documents, you displayed a refreshing attention to detail that eliminated costly missteps and delays. I am especially indebted to Mr. Gregor for his extensive code review as well as his support and expertise in working with the city planners. Without his knowledge and personal attention, the project would have been substantially more difficult to keep on schedule.
